H.C. STARCK
Descriptif
H.C. Starck’s heating elements are fabricated from refractory metals like tungsten (W), molybdenum (Mo), molybdenum-lanthanum alloy (MoLa), and molybdenum alloy (TZM) and are supplied to OEMs, end-users and aftermarket furnace manufacturers. Maintaining temperature uniformity, reducing production costs compared to graphite and ceramics with improved cycle times, no carbon contamination and fewer component rejections are just a few benefits derived from these refractory materials. Applications for H.C. Starck’s heating elements include annealing, brazing, heat treating, HIPing, melting, powder processing, sintering, tempering and metal injection molding (MIM) in both batch and continuous furnaces. H.C. Starck’s heating elements offer the best performance and operating efficiencies for high temperature premium quality commercial, laboratory, and production furnaces for heat treating medical, aerospace, defense and automotive products.
